Oriental Journeys organizes trekking, tours and expeditions in the Himalayan regions of Nepal, India, Bhutan, China and Tibet. Proposed, The Great Himalaya Trail runs from Nanga Parbat in Jammu & Kashmir to Namche Barwa in Tibet stretching the length of the Great Himalaya Range which is more than 4,500 kilometers (2,800 mi) long. It is the longest and highest alpine walking track in the world.
Till 2015, only the Nepal and Bhutan sections have been walked and documented thoroughly. The section of other countries is still under research. We have been organizing our trips combine and separately in all these four; countries Nepal, India, Bhutan and Tibet. Besides the high alpine walking and expedition, we do cultural, religious and historical tours in these four neighboring countries.
