Annapurna Mini trek is considered one of the shortest and easiest trekking routes in the Annapurna region. This trekking route is also known as the Sunrise view trek. During the entire trek, you have the opportunity to observe sunrise along with mountain panorama.

Since the trek is the shortest one, it is popular among tourists having limited holidays. This trekking starts at Dhampus. It connects another beautiful viewpoint called Australian Camp and concludes at Sarangkot. Nowadays, the trek is more popular among children and old aged people.
Annapurna Mini trek offers an excellent view of the Annapurna Himalaya range including Mt. Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Machhapuchhre, Dhampus peak, and many other peaks. Detail Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport
You will be warmly welcomed in the Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu by company representatives. Once you transfer to hotel and having rest, we will be providing you a brief plan meetings. Then we will provide you welcome dinner in typical Nepali restaurant. Overnight stay in hotel.
Meal plan: DinnerDay 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley
After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel and taken to the cultural sites of Kathmandu valley which are listed in World Heritage Site- UNESCO by an experienced guide. The sites include Kathmandu Durbar square, Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath, and Swayambhunath. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara - 6-7hrs
The journey starts early in the morning to catch the bust to Pokhara. It takes 7 hours to reach to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Pokhara is the beautiful place with many touristic sites. It is also the gateway of Mt. Annapurna and Dhaulagiri trekking. In addition to this, you will observe the amazing view of Mt. Machhapuchhre from Fewa lake.

Day 04: From Pokhara drive to Phedi and trek to Austrailian camp - 4 hrs
You will be taken to Dhampus Phedi in the private vehicle and it is nearly about half an hour drive. The trek starts from Dhampus phedi to Dhampus village, a unique Gurung village in front of Mt. Fishtail and Annapurna South. After this, you will trek up to the Austrailian camp, which offers pleasant rhododendron flour forest. Overnight stay at Australian camp.

Day 05: Australian camp to Sarangkot 6-7 hrs
Sarangkot lies in the top of the Hill but it is not remote. Sarangkot offers you alternative thinking about the world famous mongolian tribe of Nepal while trekking to down. But again the uphill trekking to Sarangkot gives you the mind-blowing view of Fewa lake and lakeside pokhara. Once you reach in Sarangkot, you will get the beautiful sunset views.

You will be taken for climbing towards the viewpoint in Sarangkot which is the main highlight of the trek. The viewpoint is the place from where you will see the magnificent sunrise views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. In addition to this, you will get to see the sunrise view from the viewpoint. Sarangkot has become the center of attractions for both local and foreign tourists year by year. After this, you will trek down to Pokhara and enjoy with its beauty. Overnight stay at Pokhara.

Day 07: Pokhara to Kathmandu 6-7 hrs
After having breakfast, you will drive to Kathmandu which is about 6 to 7 hours drive from Pokhara by Tourist bus. We will provide you lunch in the afternoon in Prithvi Highway. Evening time is scheduled for shopping with the help of your guide. Overnight at the Hotel

Day 08: Final departure
This is the final day of your Trip to Nepal. Therefore as per the schedule, we will transfer you to the airport 3 hours earlier of your flight time in order to reduce delays due to the traffic jam of Kathmandu. We, Oriental Journeys feel that although your journey ends this time, it is the starting of your visit to Nepal and we will be waiting for your flight time for the next trekking.
